Hassle Free HR – Health and Safety Advice

There is often an over-lap with Human Resources and Health and Safety, indeed since our formation we have helped many of our clients to manage and resolve issues which fall into both of these areas, for example, an absence management issue which is the result of a workplace injury or work-related stress or bullying, or a disciplinary matter which is the result of an employee disregarding the Health and Safety procedure.

We are also aware that it is not uncommon for small businesses to have to deal with two separate organisations when seeking support in managing their HR and Health and Safety and for this reason we took steps to broaden our knowledge in the area of health and safety and therefore improve our service to our clients.

Elaine Hedley has successfully attained the NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety and is now a Technician membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. This now allows us to offer you a ‘one-stop-shop’ for your HR and ‘general’ Health and Safety concerns.
